As summer winds down, I can’t get enough beach days in here on the East Coast. Luckily, the beach I love to kick it at the most allows dogs which only make the day better if you ask me. Therefore, this week the Etsy Herd rounds up coastal canines in honor of the dog days of Summer 2012. First up, for $20.00, Jennifer Burkin whips up a 12×12 print of her dog at the beach in three simple yet stunning colors.
It’s the one year anniversary of The Etsy Herd and in honor of that, I thought it would be great to round up some of my favorites over the past year just in case you forgot (though it seems hard to believe that you could). So for this celebratory occasion please take a walk back through a year of some of the most delightful shopping I’ve had the pleasure of doing to date with The Etsy Herd’s, Best of Etsy edition.
Maybe it’s because it’s rainy out today or just because I could really get behind this lifestyle but when trolling Etsy for items to feature on The Etsy Herd I have recently noticed a lot of products that immortalize cats sleeping. Therefore as the captain of this Etsy Herd ship, I’ve declared that while they aren’t technically a breed they are well worth their own category and with all the cute items out there featuring them you will agree. So this week sit back, relax, find a feline to curl up on your lap and take in Sleepy Felines featured this week on The Etsy Herd.
The Brussels Griffon are fun for the whole family. While they might seem a tad distant at times that can change in an instant when the games and fun kick in. While they can be just a tad shy at times they really just want to feel like a real member of the family and part of the pack. Cute, compact with a rough or smooth coat the Brussels Griffon is fun to love in this week’s The Etsy Herd.
