Postal Pets – Custom Return Address Labels

I got engaged a few months ago and after spending the first couple months lazing around enjoying being engaged, I’ve finally started wedding planning. Oy. I adore when people include their pets in their nuptials but I don’t think my pooches will be participating in ours. (They’re too high maintenance around new people.) Living in New York  I see at least one of these proper-looking pooches at least once a day.  Boston Terriers might carry the name of a more Northeastern city but are truly a popular staple in an around the five boroughs, most likely for their small size and their easy adjustment to apartment living.  Pretty much always up for the company of others and always ready to be part of the family, they were easy to fetch for this week’s The Etsy Herd.

Cat Shoes Mean You Can Stare at Cats Every Time You Look Down


Last weekend my husband Dan and I were out of town, and I was inspecting some dresses at a local boutique. They had just gotten a bunch in from Thailand — many had an owl print, but one had a giant print of cats playing with yarn.

I held the dress up to show Dan. “Do you think I can wear this ironically, or do I like cats too much for that to be possible?”
