Frenchie, the Frenchie of a Frenchman
Curbed

Frenchies are popping up in my world a lot lately — my last Curbed featured a Frenchie snoozing in San Francisco — so that probably means one will show up on my doorstep. Right?

Meanwhile, this is Frenchie, enjoying the surrounds at Raymond Vineyards in the Napa Valley. He is a Frenchie, but this Frenchie is also named Frenchie. Frenchie belongs to, appropriately, Raymond’s French proprietor.

Frenchie’s likeness has already graced a bottle of wine, in a portrait by artist Carol Lew. Each bottle includes a donation to the ASPCA. Since Frenchie is such a benevolent leader, I’ll be watching his career very closely, indeed.

Can you imagine what his digs must be like? I have to be friends with this dog.

French Siesta
Curbed

My husband, Jeff, took and sent me this squee-worthy afternoon treat.
