Doctor Mew, I Presume

I was a little too young to appreciate Doctor Who as a kid. The BBC sci-fi series kinda creeped me out! But my older brother was a big fan, so I saw my fare share of ’70s-era, scarf-wearing, puffy ‘fro-ing Tom Baker Who.

In SF, it’s common to see a dog walker with five or more dogs at once. But how many is too many? Last week, the Board of Supervisors officially decided to put a cap on the number of dogs that can be walked at one time in a city park. The magic number? Eight.
