I passed this hunk of kitty on Church Street’s Aardvark Books last week. I have a weak spot for the gingers, and I’ve gone in and pet him before. I can’t say he seems to relish the attention, but he tolerates it well enough. He is a bookshop cat, after all. I’m sure he’s comfortable walking away when he wants to!
