My dad has many wonderful qualities and skills. One of them is that he’s a fantastic photographer, and our dog Bruna (pictured above) is a frequent subject. This is a photo of his that he printed out as a postcard and sent to me when I got my first job after moving to San Francisco. Find out what he – I mean, Bruna – wrote on the card after the jump.

Dear Leda,

This is my office. As you can see, I’ve got lots of windows. They give me lots of sticks, but with sticks comes responsibility! I hope you think I’m up to the task, and if you have any time or you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll throw some sticks for me. I, too, am feeling very professional.
