I’ve been trying to eat healthier these days. I eats tons of kale, chard, spinach, salad greens, and other veggies everyday. It’s good stuff, but I’m eating so many greens I’m starting to feel like a rabbit over here. Perhaps this is why I was drawn to these rabbit ear salad servers. I’m not usually so gung-ho about plastic cooking utensils, but I give these points for extra cute and clever design. Props to designer Ken Goldman, who created these for DCI.
