Sometimes the comments on a post rival the actual post content in entertainment.

Last Thursday, Jalopnik posted a series of tweets and photos from Travis Heying, a photojournalist for the Wichita Eagle/Kansas.com who had just spent 2.5 hours tweeting updates from the scene of a heroic dog rescue. When Jalopnik posted the series of the tweets and photos in their Off-Topic but Awesome section, readers responded by posting mock up images and captions. They were priceless.
