Hank, looking to replace retiring Senator Jim Webb, has received some important media coverage on NPR, The Associated Press, and The Fluffington Post. He’s proven to be savvy with social media as well, setting up active bases on Twitter and Facebook. But just who is this Hank, and where does he stand on the issues?

A self-described moderate, Hank thinks his time on both the mean streets and death row lend important character-building experience for a modern candidate. Most impressively, Hank says he will not accept “a single cent from anyone for this campaign.” If there are any fundraising efforts, he promises that 100-percent of the proceeds will go to animal rescue groups in the area.
