Based on his collection of toys and books, I’m fairly certain my son Fynn will grow up assuming (rightfully so) that animals are far superior than humans. Specifically, I’ve inundated him with all things pet, most notably within his collection of books. There’s Kitten’s First Full Moon (thanks Laurin, John, and Sophie!), My Friends, and Three by the Sea. All highly recommended. Lucky for me (and Fynn) I recently got to add to his four-legged themed collection.

Yasmine Surovec of Cat Vs. Human recently released a free downloadable book called I See a Kitty in the Sky. It’s trés adorbs and I can’t wait to read it to the little man. While I’ve downloaded it to our iPad, I may print it out and build my own board book for Fynn so I don’t harm his little peepers. Here’s hoping this leads Yasmine to release a coloring book in the near future (hint, hint. meow, meow!).
