Every time I bring a dog home I can’t hold myself (or the pup) back from letting them into bed. There’s nothing better than falling asleep while snuggling a pooch, until, that is, they figure out how to sleep horizontally across your side of the bed and leave you hanging off the edge. This seems like a pretty swell solution.
Earlier this year, Sara of House Bella built a platform bed for herself that includes a hidden trundle dog bed. The idea was to have a bed her two pups could sleep in at night and tucked away during the day to clear space in the bedroom. Love, though at my house the trundle would probably always be out b/c we’re lazy here chez Zjawinskis.

I love this! We just adopted a rescue dog and are officially a two dog household. You’d be surprised how much space two 7-lb dogs manage to take up in the bed. Something like this might actually allow me to get a good night’s sleep!
Katie! Congrats on the new addition. I can’t even imagine how hard it is to get some sleep with two critters in there. Sometimes I feel like our bed is like the gaza strip. Everyone fighting for their few inches.
Is thier a place to but this bed?? My husband and I need one of these beds.

I think this is a great idea. We’re always complaining that our dog’s kennel corner takes up too much space so this would be a great space saver!

I love it!!! I am soooo doing this. I have a rottweiler, golden retriever and a yorkie! they take up sooooo much room.
