How I got my name: Back when I was used for breeding I was named Sweetie. After I was adopted my mom kept calling me Sweetie-Peetie and before I knew it my name was changed to Peetie. I think the new name fits me better.

How we met: The rescue that saved me had me and my siblings up for adoption at Petsmart. When my parents went in to buy some ferret food they went to go check out the adoptable doggies. When I saw them I stood up and started jumping around. I was the oldest of the bunch, my teeth were rotten, I stunk and I was almost bald but they desperately wanted me. What can I say, I’m a charming little fluff muffin.

Personality type: I may be quiet and demure but make no mistake, I am a social butterfly. I try to make friends with everyone I met!

Siblings: Bixby and Sox, otherwise knowns as the Gruesome Twosome.

Pet peeves: Loud noises. I also hate it when my Gruesome Twosome run fast by me when they are playing.

Favorite place to lounge: My parent’s bed. Because of my short stature and from years of breeding I can’t jump off or on the bed so I have to call out to my human elevators… I mean parents to get me on and off of it.

Favorite foods: Fries (I once stuffed an old one in my mouth to eat later when I was on a walk), pizza, peanut butter, bananas and cheese. If you could put all of them together into one meal I would be in heaven.

Forbidden indulgences: Ferret poop. I know, it’s gross but in my defense the food doesn’t stay long in my ferrety brothers.

Strangest habits: I won’t walk on tile and I prefer to walk on paths.

Stand-out physical feature: My super adorable butt. Seriously, my mom never stops telling my dad how cute it is.

Things you might not know if I didn’t tell or show you: Despite having a pet photog for a mom I’m actually quite camera shy. I also spin counter clock wise when I am excited.
