I used to have a giant hydrangea plant that I had to haul into the house every winter when I lived in New York. My cats were always stoked as they loved to curl up around the base of the plant, snuggled into the soil (that’s if they weren’t digging it up to poop in it – grrrrr!) Since most felines love squeezing into tight containers that give them a sense of concealment this hack is just purrfect. Plus it looks retro 70s cool.

Bruce banned me from doing the same in our house, claiming we have too much stuff especially for the cats in the house already, butI may ignore his request. I mean, he barely notices when I add things anyway (says the hoarder in training). Mwahahaha!
