Last week, Sarah posted about Miriam Webster’s “woof” and “purr” bowls and now I give you one more pet-themed gift for linguist lovers. Created by eakdesign, each poster design is made using words that somehow connect or represent each animal (above, a cat and below, a dog).

It’s interesting to see just how many words really do make you think of either a cat or a dog. Slobber, I mean I can almost smell that stinky breath when I read that word! The 18-by-24 inch posters are sold for $18 through eakdesign’s Etsy shop.
