Mijo and Bambi

Mijo and Bambi is a San Francisco pet clothing company that specializes in well-made, well-designed, and fashionable outfits and accessories for small dogs. After failing to find the perfect cold-weather clothing for own lil pooches, Christine Taw Lopez used her past experience working at human clothing companies (J. Crew, Banana Republic, Levi Strauss and Co., and The North Face) to create really cool stuff for others who own small dogs. Mijo and Bambi offers cute handmade tees, sweatshirts, jumpsuits (no, not the kind Mr. Furley wore on Three’s Company), harnesses, coats, and costumes (Hello, Halloween is just around the corner!) made using earth-friendly fabrics (including recycled fabrics, remnants, and other organic materials). And M&B gets extra points with me because it supports and advocates adopting shelter pets on its website!
