Olives Are Kitty Crack for Some

Didja know that some cats love olives and olive oil and get off on eating or rubbing on them like they do catnip. The reason is that green olives contain a chemical compound that binds to

MickaCoo Needs Help!

I received an e-mail today from Elizabeth Young over at MickaCoo, a non-profit dove and pigeon rescue, that says that the group desperately needs help. MickaCoo is run
entirely by volunteers and has more pigeons and doves (50!) than they can handle at the moment. If you've ever thought about fostering or adopting a pigeon or dove, please contact MickaCoo ASAP.
