More proof that pigeons are smart and cool for you: a video of Henry the pigeon catching a ride on the TTC, Toronto’s subway line, captured by Elaine Georgolios. You might just assume this was a one-time occurrence caught on video, but allegedly, Henry’s a common site on this very line. Here are other videos taken on the TTC of a subway riding pigeon and a pigeon waiting at the station that may or may not be Henry.

What happens when five kids and a sweet, but perhaps push-overy mom run into an adorably tame raccoon? Sounds like rabies, but fortunately, no, that's not what happens. According to the video, the family contacted the park ranger and a veterinarian after their encounter, and decided that baby Tae Tae was probably a danger to herself by being so tame around humans. They returned to the park and took her home with them. Whether or not this was the best decision, they were at least responsible enough to give the raccoon to a couple who already had a pet raccoon and knew the ins and outs of caring for the often playful but trouble-making-prone animal.

My favorite part of this video is when a kid exclaims, "Don't let it pee on you!" 

I just had a major "Oh duh!" moment after spending an hour combing through Sexy People looking for all the photos of people with their pets for this round-up. I realized that they were all tagged with "pets" just when I got to the very last pet photo… Sigh. Make my effort worth it — enjoy this round-up or else!
