Introducing our new Pawesome feature, Curbed. The gist is that we’ll post cute photos of dogs (or other pets) we see while we’re out on on the street. Who knows, the next pup we snap might be yours!

This particular trio of minis were seen in the upper Haight. I knelt down to take this photo but noticed that their attention was locked on something behind me. A moment later, I realized that their owner was coming to retrieve them.

Henry, the Subway Riding Pigeon

More proof that pigeons are smart and cool for you: a video of Henry the pigeon catching a ride on the TTC, Toronto’s subway line, captured by Elaine Georgolios. You might just assume this was a one-time occurrence caught on video, but allegedly, Henry’s a common site on this very line. Here are other videos taken on the TTC of a subway riding pigeon and a pigeon waiting at the station that may or may not be Henry.
